Giovanna Riccio emigrated from Calabria, Italy to Canada as a child. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto and is the author of Vittorio (Lyricalmyrical Press, 2010), Strong Bread (Quattro Books, 2011), and Plastic’s Republic (Guernica Editions, 2019). Her work has been translated into Italian, French, Spanish, and Romanian. Giovanna is the 2021 winner of the Venera Fazio Poetry Prize. For more on Giovanna, giovannariccio.com.
Lenny DellaRocca’s latest book is Festival of Dangerous Ideas (Unsolicited Press, 2019). Lenny is founder and co-publisher of South Florida Poetry Journal-SoFloPoJo. His work has appeared in many fine journals since 1980. He was recently interviewed by Grace Cavalieri on The Poet and The Poem for NPR and the Library of Congress. He has two full-length, and two chapbook collections.
