Cynthia Herbert-Bruschi Adams’ most recent book is Italian Spices: A Memoir. She co-authored the textbook Therapeutic Communication, which is still widely used in health care education. She is a Professor Emerita of University of Connecticut and a recently retired psychologist in private practice.
Vincent Panella is the author of The Other Side, Growing up Italian in America. His novel, Cutter’s Island, received a ForeWord award, and he is a Pushcart nominee in short fiction. Of his story collection, Lost Hearts, Primo magazine said, “. . . it calls to be included in every Italian-American’s library.” His latest novel, Sicilian Dreams, is his fourth published book.
