Phyllis Carito has written six books – the latest is More Than Making Ends Meet (GusGus Press); others include barely a whisper, The Stability of Trees in The Winds of Grief, Worn Masks, and Travel Light and other Explorations. Her poems and stories appear in: Gathering Flowers; Gray Love; Wild Crone Wisdom; and literary magazines: Passager Journal, Vermont Literary Review, VIA: Voices in Italian Americana, Mediterranean Review and Persimmon Tree.

Joey Nicoletti is the author of ten poetry collections: Breakaway, Boombox Serenade, and Cannoli Gangster, which was a finalist for the Steel Toe Books Award. His first creative nonfiction book, Extinction Wednesday: A Memoir, is forthcoming from Bordighera Press in the spring of 2024. His Pushcart Prize-nominated poems, essays, reviews, and articles have appeared in numerous journals, magazines, and anthologies, such as The Rumpus, The Adroit Journal, and Drawn to Marvel: Poems from the Comic Books. He is the Reviews Editor of VIA: Voices in Italian Americana and teaches at SUNY Buffalo State University.
