Stephanie Laterza is a writer and attorney from Brooklyn, NY. She is the author of the poetry collections, Verás (Broadstone Books, 2023) and The Psyche Trials (Finishing Line Press, 2019), as well as the feminist legal thriller, The Boulevard Trial. Laterza’s work has been featured in L’Éphémère Review, Anti-Heroin Chic, A Gathering of the Tribes, Newtown Literary, Literary Mama, Akashic Books, Ovunque Siamo, Raising Mothers, and the anthologies Mightier: Poets for Social Justice, Latina Outsiders Remaking Latina Identity, and I Wanna Be Loved By You: Poems on Marilyn Monroe. James B. Nicola is the author of eight collections of poetry, the latest three being Fires of Heaven: Poems of Faith and Sense (Shanti Arts, 2021) Turns & Twists (Cyberwit.net, India, 2022), and Natural Tendencies (Červená Barva Press, 2023). His nonfiction book Playing the Audience: The Practical Actor’s Guide to Live Performance (Applause Books, 2002) won a Choice magazine award. His poetry and prose have appeared frequently in VIA and Italian Americana and have received a Dana Literary Award, two Willow Review awards, and eleven Pushcart nominations.
